This CE opportunity will provide 2 hours of education for real estate professionals seeking clarity on government loans with a particular emphasis on property eligibility considerations. Attendees will receive resources and tools that allow them to confidently advise clients on both the buy and sell sides of transactions that involve financing from these sources.
